pumpkin pancakes

Breakfast or brunch, pancakes are always a good idea. These thick pancakes are pumpkin pancakes, made with cocos milk! And they’re delicious! Combined with a great track from @miguelmigsmusic, and released at @saltedmusicofficial recently. It’s perfect! Solid and tasty track, with a great groovy flow!

I’m experimenting with pumpkin at school, that’s why I have so many pumpkin recipes lately! Pumpkin is my favourite vegetable, it’s sweet and low in calories, but it keeps you full for a long time! I really like to experiment with food, so I have a great time at school!

Ingredients (about 6 small pancakes):
80 gr mashed pumpkin
1 egg
100 gr flour
100 ml cocos milk (or other milk)
1 spoon cinnamon

Foodmelodies pumpkin pancakes

Cut the pumpkin and put in the oven at 200 degrees for 15 minutes, untill soft. You can also boil them, but I think that when you boil the pumpkin it loses some flavor. So I recommend the oven. Mix flour, milk, egg and cinnamon. Then add the mashed pumpkin. Bake in a pan. I finished with some grated cocos and dark chocolate. Pumpkin pancakes are ready, yummm!

Music is good for everyone just as pancakes.

Enjoy! ♥
