This recipe is for the days that you need to work hard, get a 100000 words assignment done or need to study. You can’t have a energy dip.  This oat bar is your saver and a healthy work break. Less dan 20 minutes to prepare and 15 minutes bake time. Sounds great right? 

You can always vary with the ingrediens. Add other nuts, (dried) fruit, chocolate etcetera. 


200 gr rolled oats
1 extra large egg

1 huge banana
2 tsp chai powder
1 tsp honey 
almonds (or walnuts/pecans/hazelnuts)
sesame seeds

► Steps

Preheat the oven at 180 celcius degree. Mash the banana with all your agressive power, add the egg and stir until it’s sort off a batter. Mix the chai powder and cinnamon through the batter then add the oads, nuts/seeds and honey. Get it on a baking tray with paper. Plop it in the oven for 15 minutes. Get to study again.
