cloud egg

Breakfast inspiration!  This soft and airy egg is a cloud egg. The yolk is still perfectly soft, so nice! Underneath the cloud egg roasted sweet pumpkin. I think the perfect track for this cloud egg is from Aussteiger on @exploitedrec. Lovely deep housy track, with beautiful sounds and relaxed disco vibe. This track makes me happy, so guaranteed a good morning!

Maybe something interesting for easter which is coming soon! I used pumpkin, because I had some leftovers, but it’s really nice with toast off course. What you also can do is seasen the cloud egg with more herbs, or something spicy like sriracha/harissa. An easy and delicious recipe! 

Ingredients (1 person):
100 gr pumpkin / toast
1 egg
1 ts curry powder
olive oil
salt & pepper

Steps ►
Preheat the oven at 200 degrees.
Cut the pumpkin in cubes or slices, drizzle with oil, pepper, salt and curry powder.
Put it in the oven for 20 minutes. Or toast some bread! 
Divide an egg, make sure that your yolk remain whole. Beat the eggwhite untill stiff. Scoop the stiff eggwhite on your toast/pumpkin, make a little bowl in the stiff eggwhite (that’s for your yolk) Put back in the oven for 10 minutes, make  untill nice golden brown eggwhite. After 7/8 minutes add the yolk. Finish with pepper and salt.
