Pancakes are always a good idea, especially in the winter and on sundays. When it’s getting colder, I prefer to have a warm breakfast, like oatmeal. Well, this is a very easy, warm and delicious recipe. These fluffy pancakes are thick, light and more delicious with some great music on the side. Enjoy with the hot and chill remix from The Buried King.
With this recipe you can make 6 delish fluffy pancakes. There is no sugar in the batter, that means toppings! You can do what you like, sweet, sour, or with chocolate.
Ingriedients
2 eggs (split)
40 ml milk
40 gr wheat flour
(additional: vanille extract)
Toppings
handfull frozen raspberries
cinnamon
basil
honey
icing sugar
Steps ►
Split the eggs, add to the egg yolks the milk and flour. Beat the egg whites until it’s stiff. Stir a little bit of the egg white through eggyolk mixture. Then you gently stir all of the eggyolk batter through the egg whites. Your batter is ready for some heat. Get a pan on medium heat with some butter. Scoop the batter in the pan. In the meanwhile, get your frozen rapsberries in a bowl, put it in a microwave for 90 seconds. Flip the pancakes when they’re golden brown. Add to the warm raspberries some basil leaves, cinnamon and icing sugar. Time for some plating. Happy days!
Together with this lovely tune from The Buried King is your breakfast complete. A funky Nudisco tune, with pleasant sounds and a hot bass. Listen to the full track on soundcloud!
